A handful of people have emailed me asking where I found Lial's 5th edition for so cheap, so I thought I would post it here. (Not that I mind answering emails! I just know that some people might want to know but won't email someone they don't know.)
I found them at Amazon Marketplace. I got the student solution manual yesterday and it is in near perfect condition. (Doesn't even look like the book has ever been opened.) The student book was $2.40 (plus shipping) and the solutions manual was $3.50 (plus shipping.)
I bought the DVT from ecampus.com and it was $36.27 with shipping.
